Hi @GabrielCabas and @ClaudioGuevara,

The link for download of the database leads to a 404 error. I'm interested in downloading the whole database and was wondering if you could provide me with an alternative.

Hi Raul, thanks for your interest. As you will see, we are updating our platform and some bugs made their way into production. Thank you very much for letting me know that the downloads are down, I solved this error one minute ago. By the way, I migrated this project to a new repository called Peptipedia. I'm sorry for this confusion, but we are still preparing all for the next paper submit. I will delete this repository tomorrow for you to have time to read this message. Bests.
