Create a docker that will pull Internet Radio stations from:
iHeart Radio https://www.iheart.com/ TuneIn Radio https://tunein.com/ fmstream.org http://fmstream.org/ Radio Garden http://radio.garden/
Then let you weed out what you don't want through a web interface like other streaming TV apps (xTeVe, fHDHR, Cabernet), then create an M3U8 file to feed to Jellyfin or any media server.
