problem to use DIAUmpire with mzML files #1601

Hello, I have converted my wiff and wiff.scan files in mzML (peak picking vendor MS level -1; 32bit; TPP compatibility) And, with FragPipe, I would like to use DIAUmpire to convert my DIA data in pseudoDIA. But the software can not read the mzML file. I contact the FragPipe team and, for them, the problem is the decimal separator java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "212,500000"

I'll look into making sure the mzML files are written with English-culture decimals, but in the meantime you can temporarily set your Windows region to US/English before converting and switch back afterward.
