6 years ago There are two main causes for this here:
- The set of taxonomies available on Ensembl does not cover all the taxonomies we have in PRIDE.
- Also, PoGo only supports 19 taxonomies.
If, taking into account priorities and time, if there is no feasible action on this, we should probably annotate this somewhere else.
