Scaffold should be supported in Pogo #6

The current scaffold translation into UCSC scaffold representation is not yet supported in Pogo. We need to contact the ENSEMBL team to get the mapping table between the ENSEMBL representation and the UCSC for SCAFFOLDs.

We'll have a chat about the feasibility of this given the time constraints and the fact that we're finishing the integration of the tool in the submission pipeline, to complete the first iteration of the software.
