Input voltage issue #264

Screenshot_20230716-224338_P R O T O When using an AND and put a huge voltage on its inputs, the output at the AND regulates to 5V by itself. So, no matters if damaging DC voltage (like 5kV) is at the input, if you use an AND, the components does not get damaged because the AND throws 5V. Huge voltage should damage the circuit.

What should happen when someone connect a logic component to a nuclear power plant transformer highs ? When the voltage IS relevant to the component, then there should be a fire symbol. Otherwise, the app writers have more important stuff on their hands
