[ Feature Request ] Internal component resistance dial #276

Would it be possible to have a dial for internal component resistance ? A few days ago I was playing with super capacitors and I'd like them to charge faster. Since I don't want to reduce their capacity, I can only lower the charging time with a lower internal resistance, but even with wire resistance disabled, it still takes time to charge the capacitors currently.
