This version is compatible with the v0.12.0 server running at https://api.daptics.ai.

Tested so far: 03_SimpleTutorial.ipynb.

After merging to dev, and testing the other notebooks, I will update CHANGELOG.md, update docs, merge to master, and create a v0.12.0 release tag.

Please test as necessary.
