During the last workshop at JetBrains, we did face the problem that we could not ping each other and not do ipfs swarm connect.
Aside from using a network device, we could try to use p2p-circuit to solve this. We could search and use a foreign peer providing p2p-circuit or install our bootstrap server, e.g., on GCP.
