Open Nudin opened 5 years ago
I could do an introduction on IPFS. It would be based on the presentation I did for the initial IPFS user group meetup, so it would not be that much effort. When would it be most convenient?
What is the technical level of the expected audience? Should it be more a high level presentation or go into deep technical details?
Hi @Nudin, 👋
are you interested to cooperate sustainably with us about the ongoing decentralization revolution, or however you wanna name it 😄 ?
BTW: I like preparing and giving talks 🤓 so feel free to ask for more
Just pick a date that works well for you. You could also make two talks on two dates if you want to split it into two or have an other similar topic. The audience is mostly tech-savvy Linux users. So you can go quite into the tech, but it's up to you to decide how much you do.
Hi @Nudin, I want to come and meet you at the next open-source-treffen on Friday. Is that okay?
@stefanhans Sure, of course! There will be a short talk about 464xlat. I myself won't be able to attend and it might be a smaller than average meeting this time.
@Nudin I was at open-source-treffen yesterday. It was a nice evening with a talk from my side and some discussions afterward. The talk was not focused on IPFS only. It was titled "Decentralized and Distributed Systems" and covered a broader topic area and therefore more high-level. Maybe, I will give a little workshop about IPFS at the FLISOL https://flisol.info/FLISOL2019/Alemania Let's see.
At the Münchner OpenSourceTreffen (https://www.opensourcetreffen.de/) some people whished to have an introduction about IPFS. Maybe someone is intressted in giving a talk (15-45 minutes) about IPFS?
The possible dates for this year are:
