IPFS Live Streaming #9

I think it's time to answer simple question: how we could leverage IPFS for live events broadcasting? Encoding short chunks of live stream and publishing them instantly on IPFS, along with maintaining a growing (play)list of their IPFS addresses could be first approach. But hey - IPFS could revolutionize live streaming market. With growing audience being your ally, not threat.

How about that?

We can start with ipfs p2p (Libp2pStreamMounting) and QUIC (both experimental). I will prepare an exercise.
