New Chapter Request - Lisbon #41

Hey!! Let's create a chapter for Lisbon 🧙‍♂️! I'm hacdias everywhere, Twitter included 😄 Let's get this going and see if any good event ideas come out!

A couple of questions as I work on getting your repo set up:

Co-Organizers Will anyone else be co-organizing with you? If so, please be sure to share their GitHub handle so we can include everyone needed when setting up your repo.

Have you read and do you agree to abide by the ProtoSchool Code of Conduct? _All chapter organizers must review and agree to abide by the overarching ProtoSchool Code of Conduct._

How should Code of Conduct violations within your chapter be reported? _Although ProtoSchool has an overarching Code of Conduct for the community as a whole, it will be your responsibility as a chapter organizer to ensure an inclusive and welcoming community by enforcing a Code of Conduct specific to your own chapter's repo, website (if applicable), and live events. Please provide an email address and any additional contact information that your members may use to report any violations of your chapter's Code of Conduct._

I've set up a basic lisbon repo for you and given you admin privileges. I've also added you to our chapter-organizers team and the lisbon team you can use to communicate with your members.

Please see the issue queue in your chapter repo for a few final steps that need to be taken in order to get your repo finalized and your chapter listed on our website. Once those steps are complete, we'll close out this setup issue.

Thanks for submitting the pull request to add your chapter to our website. I've just merged the PR, so you should see your chapter appear within the next 10 minutes at https://proto.school/#/chapters.

Should you decide in the future to add a website for your chapter (which you can easily do from your repo with GitHub Pages), please be sure to update the chapters.json file to include a website field with your website URL. This will update the link in our chapter listings.

I'll close this issue now, but don't hesitate to reach out with questions.
