Update color contrast and share ProtoSchool slide deck template #62

Per @momack2's request in the broader issue #58, we're hoping to share a ProtoSchool-branded slide deck template with local organizers that they can use when putting together any slides to accompany the tutorials at their events. We're hoping to have this shared by end of Q4 at latest, but earlier if possible.

@akyrch has already created some great templates (eg the Google Slides version version), but in using them myself I've found that the current version of purple-on-black isn't legible to my own eyes, so I'd love for us to update the color contrast to meet accessibility standards before sharing more widely.

I've particularly loved using this little arrow to point to things in screenshots, but I believe it's a kind of image for which the color isn't editable to the end user, so it would be great to offer it in white or in a revised purple that's more visible on the black background. image

@ericronne I'm having trouble finding instructions for the right labelling, so please let me know what other tags I need on this issue to get it into the queue in the way that's best for your team.

@ericronne @akrych Just circling around on this for an ETA as I look at ProtoSchool OKRs and evaluate what we'll be able to pull off this quarter. I've been requested to publicize a bunch of tools for community educators this quarter if possible, which would would include this updated template if it's available.

Thanks Agata! The new purple on black ratio seems to pass accessibility guidelines (https://webaim.org/resources/contrastchecker/?fcolor=BF95FF&bcolor=000000) so SGTM!

Would it be possible to apply the same change to lighten up the purple graphics on black so people can appreciate your awesome work there as well?
