Make the relationships & terminology around tutorials and lessons more clear #97

In user testing with @meiqimichelle, it was suggested that it's not clear while you're in a lesson that you are progressing through a series of lessons that make up a workshop, and that it's not clear how workshops and lessons are defined. Suggestions for improvement included:

Related: I find the shortname "Blog" to be generally confusing. The way it shows in your tabs makes you think that tab is a Blog you were reading :)

Also, we don't really create a blog, we build the data-structures one might use to create a blog in the future, so we could really use a better name. We don't even need to mention that the data is modeled after a blog in the title, we could just introduce that in the first lesson.

Just adding a note here that "workshops" have been relabelled to "tutorials" since this issue was created.

Once #59 is merged, there will be breadcrumbs that should help a bit.

The issue of shortnames not matching full names still stands, as does the missing progress bar and the typography suggestions.
