Configure project pom to use chromedriver release from Maven #29

Get rid of the chromedriver executable(s) in jgolem-core and have it downloaded from Maven.

Investigate correct setup for framework. Stand-alone and remote.

Is there an IE driver that we can download from Maven as well?
