SPO2 not working #19

There is some error on elaboration of SpO2, because the probe read the data correctly but the value of SPo2 cannot be computed. I attach some screenshot. I'm running firmware v2.0

sir can you please tell me how to get sensors data on GUI window? It gives this error. hs_err_pid9176.log
