HealthyPi is the first fully open-source, full-featured vital sign monitor. Using the Raspberry Pi as its computing and display platform, the HealthyPi add-on HAT turns the Raspberry Pi into a vital sign monitoring system.
I am trying to record the values from the Healthy Pi but the sensor data from the ECG probe is very fluctuating which is not very reliable. The Heart beat value fluctuates between 0 and some low value in range of 40-50 where 0 being the most frequent. While respiration value is upwards of 30.
I am attaching a screenshot of the GUI for further reference. The version is 1.1 for the firmware.
And I'm attaching the 3 lead electrode as mentioned in the diagram.
Can you help me as to figure out what might be the issue and how to solve it. And can you explain what are the values which get dumped in the .csv file.
Also attaching a .pdf which shows the rough values which Im able to log. Not able to understand what these values represent.

We are trying to get a clean respiratory rate signal and it seems to be very noisy. We might try shielded EKG leads because the ones that come with the HealthyPi are pretty flimsy. Any other suggestions?
