Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Add the project pages within the wiki.

Describe the solution you'd like Project pages display the info on the left sidebar, and content on the right "main page" bar. If the user has access to editing the page (if they own or are a member of the project), then a Edit button appears. Users can then edit the content as they wish. The editor should be simple and intuitive to use, and a key point, it must be developed as a mobile-first editor, since most of our users will be editing on mobile!
