When mobs are moving fast (e.g. an animal is running away because you are hitting it), the movement is jerky. At first, the mob does not move, then it teleports a couple of blocks, then stands still, then teleports a couple of more blocks, etc.
This has been verified on iOS app and the Linux Bedrock Launcher, on the latest mcpenew branch.
