Label and Folder order placement in left sidebar is inconsistent with Android app #192

On the web client folders are displayed above labels in the left sidebar but on the Android client labels are displayed above folders.

It would be convenient if the order of these items were consistent across platforms. Options available:

  1. Match the order of labels and folders across the two platforms (I haven't tested on iOS);
  2. Create an option in settings to set this manually in either or both clients.

I haven't looked into compiling my own version of the web client, but it seems that the first solution (1) could be an easy win.
