Hotfix - Do not display ad in inbox #210

Temporary fix for #209

Short description of what this resolves:

The inbox used to display a big ad on login.

Changes proposed in this pull request:

The ad is now hidden by default.

Tests fail on some localization test:

Chrome Headless 80.0.3987.0 (Linux x86_64) i18n loader should load french i18n translations on a browser set to fr FAILED

However, it was already failing on 93d6a228a, so I'll assume that it's not my fault.

There appears to be no more checks on this pull request. Is there anything else that is required by the maintainers for this pull request to be merged?
