as I experienced also in other Password Managers, ProtonPass cannot save login forms wih more than two items (e.g. User-id, username, password). There is also no possiblity to add a third field manually (at least I haven´t found it). Can only add a note.

This happens to me as well, namely on AWS login: account ID is replaced with the IAM user name, IAM user name field is cleared and password is filled in.
