Email address with name is invalid #42

Describe the bug: Compose new email can't parse email address with name, e.g. John Smith <john.smith@example.org>

Live App Version: 1.12.7 (4840)

Device + OS version iPhone 11, iOS 14.2.

Can you reproduce the problem each time? Yes

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. On the home page
  2. Click on 'the pencil ✏️ icon'
  3. Put John Smith <john.smith@example.org> in the To field
  4. Hit Send

You'll see this error IMG_61D1E425CE6B-1

Expected behavior Should be no error
