It's as easy to create a debian package as running dpkg-buildpackage
Current Behavior
It's difficult to generate one's own .deb package.
Context (Environment)
I'm affected by #401 and I wanted to create an alternate package which used systemd to start the bridge so that I wasn't affected by the pop-up until the Qt bug got fixed and made its way into Debian.
Detailed Description
It would be useful if the method of building debian packages were available for anyone to use. That way if someone wanted a slightly different version of the package they could create it.
Possible Implementation
I think the ideal would a debian/ directory in the repo that would work with all the standard debian tools, but I would understand if you used a different method internally. If that made it in that would also work. I would also be willing to submit a PR for a debian/ directory if that would be helpful.
(Please call me out and shame me if this code is in there and I missed it. I looked through the repo but didn't see anything obvious)
Hey @egerlach thanks for the suggestion. This is currently blocked due to some internal dependencies. Once that has been resolved we can submit those files.
