The import progress freezes when contacts limit is reached #350

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to contacts
  2. Click import
  3. Select the following csv file: contacts.zip

Current behavior The contact limit notification is shown, but the import modal stays frozen.

Expected behavior The modal should change to inform the user that the limit has been reached. Maybe even show the count/list of contacts that didn't get imported.
