Apply button should be disabled if there's no change in contact groups #365

Scenario 1

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open contact with 2 or more emails. This contact shouldn't belong in any contact group.
  2. Open the contact groups dropdown in the toolbar
  3. Click apply

Current behavior Add to group modal is shown.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open contact
  2. Open the groups dropdown
  3. Click apply

Current behavior Contact groups apply notification is shown.
