Add options to choose format (JSON or EML) and time range #1

Hello,

Thanks a lot for your work on this export tool. 👍

Is there any plan to add options to choose format (JSON or EML) and time range?

For now emails are exported in both JSON and EML formats, resulting in double storage space (and additional processing).

Ability to specify a time range would allow to easily export new emails if older ones were already exported before.
