Users are able to downgrade to Free when using over 500MB of storage #226

Summary:

Users are able to downgrade to a free plan when using more than 500MB of storage.

The expected behavior is that they shouldn't be able to complete the downgrade unless they free up space to get the account storage under 500 MB.

If we do this, we will be forcing our users to spend few days on deleting emails for every downgrade they make. I can't think of any service that forces me to do so much work before allowing me to cancel my subscription, it's ridiculous.

Facing this problem right now, this is ridiculous!

Also, I just deleted a lot of emails (sorted by size and emptied the trash) and the storage space used is not going down. Is there any way to see what is using storage?
