Building instruction for the linux-cli #40

Hi, I want to build the linux-cli on openSUSE Tumbleweed but there's no instruction for it. I need to know the required components and building tools for the cli, if possible a step-by-step guide.

Currently we don't support manual build, but you're more then welcome to try it out yourself.
