I have checked https://github.com/ProtonVPN/python-proton-vpn-local-agent/releases and https://github.com/ProtonVPN/python-proton-vpn-local-agent/tags but there is no tag for version 1.0.0, even though Debian and Fedora packages for 1.0.0 are available in repo.protonvpn.com.
