Add non-daemon version #188

Greetings,

Thanks for creating this CLI tool. Makes using ProtonVPN simple. There's one thing, though...

As a long-time OpenVPN CLI user, it would be awesome to have a version of the protonvpn-cli that would not run as a daemon in the background, but instead something that would give me verbose output on the actual status of the VPN connection and something that would end the VPN connection when killed.

This feature has already been implemented, but not added as an option: #131 You have to run pvpn with the environment variable PROTONVPN_CLI_DAEMON=false.
