Feature request: Implement RelativeLayout with support for state activated and setActivated() #819

Title sums it up. Sometimes I use relative layout for list items. RelativeLayout is not implemented in holoeverywhere therefore I cannot use state activated for selection and background selectors in listview. This feature would be nice but it is not urgent life and death situation.
