Create and airdrop a dedicated NFT to The Syndicate #169

To make The Syndicate group consistent with the other collections competing in the Genesis Tournament, we should airdrop them an NFT ahead of the launch. We can then use that NFT collection address in the LS contract, the same way we're doing for the other collections like Bloberts.

The image for the NFT can be relatively simple, perhaps a remix of the LS Skull Logo that incorporates the spirit of "The Syndicate". As bonus points, we could include the respective community in the image and metadata as well. For example, the Loot one would look slightly different than the Starknet ID one.

In addition to simplifying the free game claim process for the contract, providing The Syndicate with an NFT supports the plan to bestow the winning collection with the ability to claim one game of LS per month forever.
