Support for Japanese NES/famicom roms #178

Would be cool to be able to play the Japanese version of super Mario 2 and other games.

Implemented in the latest commit: 67bbdfb8bffacb7ca034db4aa1e349f8ed6445f6

This was a low hanging fruit, since FCEUX already supports Famicom Disk System - it just needed exposing.

Remember that the Famicom needs a BIOS, so acquire that, name it "disksys.rom" and put it in the BIOS/com.provenance.fds/ folder, which you can create using the Web UI.
