Will this be added in the future?
My mfi controller doesn't have L2, R2 buttons + Analog sticks, so I think it would be really nice to have an option to set some buttons on screen even if the mfi controller is connected. I requested this in another thread but I was told that it is duplicated/should be in another ticket. Thanks in advance !
Hi! Guys I’m new here, is there any solution how to move screen buttons?
Not as of yet. But touch controls have had some improvements in 1.5 to lesson this need. Also we are overhauling them with some new innovations for 2.0.
Hi, this is about adjustable touch screen buttons right? Im wondering which version was the last to have it for the genesis. Please make the download available as an "unstable" build? Or, if im not being too greedy, help me activate this feature in the current build, and still label it 'unstable'? Maybe it exists in the tree?
Strange question. Suggests that it was removed. Not only was it not removed, but I'm pretty sure it hasn't been in an official release yet. Just build the latest, and dig through the settings to turn the feature on. Then there is a gesture (triple-tap?) to put the buttons into moving mode...
If you need to sideload it, just grab a build from the bot, in the latest PR.
Oh, im sorry. Im guessing at that time i probably had an unofficial build. thanks. These settings? I still cant gett the triple tap to work.... or, did you mean dig through settings of the SOURCE CODE before compile? Ill keep looking through the plist files. I think im missing something basic, because changing opacity has no effect.
Btw i have installed the latest release from github, ipa file. Iphone 7, ios 15.8.1
Omg it works, i had to triple tap with TWO fingers. Thanks, i love you <3
edit: well damn, it does work, but its 'glitchy'. If i press a button like ABC, while trying to control directions, the direction locks as if im holding it 😈 Im still thankful for the help finding it.
One more question, last. Sorry for bothering. If i add a plist option, to permanenly reposition buttons, would it still have that particular bug/glitch? What kind of parameter would i have to create in that plist file?
Sorry, I don't know the answer to that. I'm not one of the programmers. Good to know about the two fingers. I was actually suggesting 3 fingers when I said triple-tap, but it came out wrong...
