Version Status against Current Release In-App + Link to Releases

Update to how our Versioning is listed in Settings View to have a live check to somewhere server side, considering some options, like pulling this dynamically from GitHub, or self-hosted piece of data, or self-hosted data that is really just updated dynamically, pulled from GitHub…

Webhook/Scrape Verify Options:°

• [ ] GitHub Releases (@joe mentioned RSS is reachable…)
• [ ] Self-Hosted?

^{° Could consider both as fallback for server unreachables…}

To Do:

• [ ] Choose and/or Setup the above option(s).
• [ ] Add Hook/Check to server-side release meta to compare…
• [ ] Add Current Release Field to Settings (next to or as part of Version, inline, highlighted when it's behind)
  • [ ] Link Current Release to GitHub Releases page.
• [ ] …consider adding small :warning: warning icon here when it's out of date? (@sevdestruct has a custom one already made for missing BIOS in table list view for Single-Core Game Library (#714) set for 2.0 release)
