8bitdo (F30 Pro, N30 Pro…) start/select mismapped

(user hiro has reported) 8bitdo F30 Pro is has Start/Select mismapped (swapped) [ reported against SNES and PCE-CD ]. Update, N64 reported to have issues with d-pad and analog input

• [ ] Require documentation of the iCade key maps for this controller
• [ ] Fix mapping for N64 (analog and d-pad not responding)
• [x] Fix mapping for SNES, PCE-CD (start and select swapped)
• [ ] Check other systems for mismaps…
• [ ] Update to new unviersal mapping methodology

NOTES

Not sure if this affects the other 8bitdo iCade controllers such F30 or N30 (non-pro, discontinued, but much more retro-awesome and nostalgically accurate)

I've tested 8bitdo FC30 Pro / SF30 / Zero against https://github.com/Provenance-Emu/Provenance/commit/4a96849e69e170eaa42b1fae0445bdac78225105:

• Button Down seems to be automatically pushed down (happens for both FC30 Pro & Zero) in an infinite loop (can be stop when pushing other buttons ... sometimes)
• FC30 pro L2/R2 L3/R3 select/start buttons don't work (tested on PSX)
