Update App Design with appropriate images

Summary

This task will update the Application Design to include:

1. All hero images displayed to have appropriate images.
2. All events-list images are up to date with the new layout.

1. From today's discussion, the events-list FE development will follow single-column format to improve usability.
2. In the near future, we can discuss on need to change the events-list layout further (i.e. unify the social icon, title, date/time, author/date all to be included in the title banner.)
   • We did conclude today that it may be a good idea to leave it somewhat different to keep uniqueness between different components/contents.
