Social Media Links do not open Native Apps in mobile #81

Summary

On a mobile device, social media links go to the website, and not the native app (including Twitter, Slack, and Facebook).

O/S Browser Used: Android Sansung Galaxy S7 Edge, Google Pixel, and iPhone5/iOS 10.3.3

  1. Exact steps to reproduce
    1. Go to stage.pvdgeeks.org
    2. Click on Facebook Link (in header/footer and for each event) Expected result: It should open the native Facebook app Actual result: It opens Facebook in a new webpage
      1. Click on Slack Link in header/footer Expected result: It should open the native Slack app Actual result: It opens Slack in a new webpage
      2. Click on the Twitter link (in header/footer and for each event) Expected result: It should open the native Twitter app Actual result: It opens Twitter in a new webpage
