[55] Fix repeated role indicators in community list #60

This PR fixes the bug that caused too many role indicators to show up in the community membership list.

Other changes:

Rebuilt integration tests to be a little better, simpler, more reliable
Added proper gql codegen for tests, so we don't have to rely on client queries
Pinned postgres version
Removed testcontainers
Moved integration tests into same db as dev, under a new name, instead of spinning up a container
