As a Staff member, a way to track and flag suspicious accounts and potentially be able to block said suspicious accounts from using the site.

IP tracking is the easiest, and so will definitely be implemented. Some kind of quick way to peek at shared IPs for a given account may be good. Unreliable though and not super meaningful, but it did help us deal with some cheaters during previous events.

Add admin feature to allow banning a user.
