I tested this and it's not actually sending the email, but it is saying this on the frontend. I will look at fixing that logic issue
I assumed it was sending because the log, I didn't actually check my inbox. thanks for looking at it!

I just noticed this morning that the "Update Ticket" button is also sending emails if client fields are checked again. lets look at that.
