My initial impression of this feature is that it might conflict with the technology department's policy, which requires all techs to check their helpdesk tickets daily. I believe this feature could be counterproductive to that goal.
it was requested that users might want emails summarizing their alerts. seeing things like past due for the week, things that need updated from the week.
was suggested for "users that dont frequent the helpdesk often"
