Expected Behavior

New URL : https://oxtorrent.vip

This is not a duplicate of #463. Those are two differents trackers.

          I think you got the wrong idea from that issue. `.co` is public, `.vip` is not.

https://www.oxtorrent.co/ works fine - what is the actual issue occurring @biglat1595 ?

          torrent911 is the indexer that uses the oxtorrent.vip domain
