Switch to vue-pdf-embed #307

Due to https://github.com/FranckFreiburger/vue-pdf/issues/363 we are blocked from upgrading to Vue CLI 5.x. The recommendation is to migrate to https://github.com/hrynko/vue-pdf-embed

to install this package we must already have support NodeJS >= 18: image

but once I switched to NodeJS 18 I'm getting this issue: image

to resolve the issue of NodeJS 18 support we must install newer packages, but we can't because some older (and core) packages preventing to do this ðŸ«
