enhamncement for JID reaources for portability

I am always using vacuum on USB stick and wondering if it is possible to have 
something like computer depending 'resource' of account
e.g. i am connecting my USB to PC at work and i have xxx@aaa.bbb/work
at home have: xxx@aaa.bbb/home etc.
One is default but it would be good to have extra possibilty to easy change or 
automatically change resource of account.
I am each and every day connecting my USB vacuum-IM on different computers and 
would like to have easy way to change resource (best to have it change 
automatically, maybe read something like PC's ID? dont know if something like 
this exist:) )
