When dragging roster window it is needed something like glue, to see that
docking is doing its job.

While dragging and docking is 'on' there is something behaving like it was
glued to the border and you must drag harder, i mean far to see that it can
move or if you are close enough it suddenly get window to the border, it works
like magnetism or rubber next to the border where docking is working. Hmmm i
think that number of pixels is defined to be treated as border and within that
area the window is glued to the border.

Oh, now i can see that on win xp docking is working with this 'rubber' glue or
something, but in Win7 when i am dragging only shape of window without sontents
then i cannot see that draging is stocking to the border.
