shortcuts error indication #348

now focus is on only one group of shortcuts

only that i can set the same shortcut to the application, global and some of 
the group in shortcut tree without 'red' text which indicates duplicate (error)

ok i see, i should write:
error=[(application shortcut)&&(global)] ||
[(global)&&(....choosen group...)] ||
(application shortcut)&&(....choosen group...)
