No DBCS input

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open chat windows
2. Make sure that chat entry field is active.
3. Try to switch input to a language with DBCS (eg. Japanese, kana or kanji 
input mode).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should be able to switch to DBCS input without any problem. But you're not. 
OS won't allow you.

Please provide any additional information below.
It seems, chat entry field has flags which do not allow (or do not has flags, 
which allow) DBCS input.

2. Убедитесь,что поле воода чата активно.
3. Попробуйте переключить язык ввода на 
язык сдвубайтовой кодировкой (напр. 
японский, режим ввода каны или кандзи).

По идее, должно переключиться без проблем. 
Но не переключится. Система не позволит.

Похоже, у поля вводастоят какие-то флажки, 
запрещающие (или не стоят флажки, 
разрешающие) ввод символов в двубайтовой 
кодировке.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Vacuum-IM v. 1.0.2,rev. 1462, Windows XP, Ubuntu Linux

What version of the Qt are you using?
4.6.3, 4.7.1

Do not experience the problem anymore. It seems, if there was a problem, it was 
a problem of old Qt runtime. It seems all right now. Closing ticket.
