New notification: contact is online #379

One thing is missing for me: i'd like to have notification for some contacts 
when they become online (if offline before).
Maybe new type of notification in setup, and option in contact context menu to 
turn off/on this notification for that contact, or just only context menu 
option for contact which i want to know if it turns online.
